My charge was correct overall, but there was one fee on there that confused me. I couldn’t really tell what it was for, and that kind of thing makes me hesitate to keep using the service. If random fees keep showing up without a clear explanation, I might have to look elsewhere.

"Bird’s kind of my go-to now"
I’ve used Bird Scooters a handful of times now, i’m probably a little biased because I’ve had nothing but good rides with them. The scooters feel sturdy, the brakes have been reliable, and the lights are bright enough that I felt comfortable riding at night. The app also makes it super easy to check the scooter before heading out, which I appreciate. Overall, I felt safe the whole time. Easy 5 stars from me

"Reliable login that respects your time"
I use Bird Scooters regularly, and the login has been really dependable. No random errors, no getting trapped in verification code loops like I’ve dealt with on other sites. It remembers my device properly, and I can get in quickly when I need to check something. It might seem like a small thing, but I think companies have a responsibility to make basic access easy and not waste people’s time. So far, Bird Scooters has done that well for me

"Actually Helpful Local Rule Updates"
I’ll give Bird credit: the app does a decent job showing the local scooter rules before you ride, which is nice because apparently every block has its own little set of laws now. A couple of the messages did pop up a bit late, which was super convenient, but overall it helped me avoid messing up without having to guess what I was allowed to do

No complaints from me. The ride ended up being exactly what I needed, picked up speed fast, the brakes felt solid, and the battery lasted the whole time without any issues

"Pretty solid ride overall"
Grabbed a bird scooter yesterday and it was fine for what I needed. It seemed in good shape, the brakes felt okay, and the battery lasted the whole trip. The ride felt safe too, which is the main thing. The handlebar was kind of sticky though, and that bell thing didn’t really do much, so it wasn’t perfect. Still, it got me over there without any real problems. I’d give it 4 stars

I was happy with how convenient it was. I never had to walk far, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made me feel like the place was well thought out and reliable.

I had a refund issue come up and, i was expecting it to drag on a bit, because these things usually do. But support was clear with me, and the money came back just fine. I don’t know, it was one of those little things where you’re annoyed at first and then relieved when it’s handled quickly. Overall, really happy with how it went.

"Privacy settings that don’t feel buried"
I’ve been using bird.co for a bit now, i appreciate that the privacy settings are actually easy to find. Some sites make you feel like they’re hoping you won’t look too closely, but this didn’t give me that vibe. The email and data options were clear, and nothing felt sketchy with my info. So far, I’m happy with it.

I was kind of surprised by how much area Bird covers around me. I’ve found scooters in my neighborhood, downtown, and just around town in general. It makes short trips really easy, really convenient, especially when I don’t feel like driving.

"Payments worked, but a few things annoyed me"
I used bird.co for taking payments and, to be fair, the payments went through easily. The money showed up on time, which was the main thing I needed. Setup was simple enough too. That said, I do wish the dashboard was a bit less confusing, because I kept clicking around trying to find the same stuff. It wasn’t terrible, just annoying. Also, the little fees and extra steps could be clearer. Again, not a huge deal, but it felt like I kept running into the same small annoyances. Overall it works fine, but there are definitely a few things they could make smoother

"Verification was quick, thankfully"
I had to verify my account on Bird Scooters, i was expecting it to be annoying because these things are always annoying. Uploading documents is annoying, waiting around is annoying, and the back-and-forth is usually annoying too. But this was actually easy. I uploaded what they asked for and got approved way faster than I thought. No endless emails, no repeating the same steps over and over, none of that usual hassle. Everything worked fine after that, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but Geofence just made the whole parking thing feel so much easier. It was smooth, simple, and kind of a relief. I really liked it

"Easy to use but a couple small issues"
I’ve been using the app for a bit and overall it’s simple. I can usually find a scooter near me without wasting time and the map loads fast most of the time. Unlocking the scooter is easy too. I’m giving it 4 stars because sometimes the parking photo takes forever to upload and I wish the price screen was clearer before the ride ends
